2. What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, Groomers.pk accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You can pay the courier when your order is delivered to your doorstep.
3. Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes. We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners, covering major cities as well as many remote areas across Pakistan.
4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within:
- Lahore: 1–2 business days
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.
5. How much is the delivery charge?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Any promotional free shipping offers will be displayed on the website.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the parcel has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
